Overview
Race Control is an offline race-control tool developed by DrogeBot. It does not require an account. DrogeBot does not operate an app server that receives your race information and the app does not include advertising, analytics or tracking services.
Information on your device
Racer and team names, race settings, timing, results, season standings, themes and default setups are stored locally so the app can restore your setup. You choose what names and other race information to enter. The app does not send this information to DrogeBot automatically.
Saving and loading files
Save Race File creates a JSON backup at the location you choose in the document picker. Load Race File reads a file you select and replaces the current race and season after confirmation. A backup can contain names, settings, results and season scores. If you choose a cloud storage provider, that provider handles the file under its own terms and privacy policy. DrogeBot does not receive a copy through the app.
Device services
The app uses your device for sound, file selection and local storage. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera or microphone. Android or other device backup services may back up app data according to your device and account settings; those services are controlled by the platform provider.
Online privacy policy
This privacy page is hosted by Cloudflare. Loading it sends ordinary technical request information to Cloudflare, including your IP address, requested URL and browser or web-view details, so the page can be delivered and protected. DrogeBot adds no advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, cookies or browser-storage code to this page. Cloudflare may process request information for delivery and security under its Privacy Policy. Your app content is not attached to the policy URL.
Some existing app versions still open the earlier Google Sites policy address. Requests to that older site are handled by Google under its Privacy Policy. This Cloudflare page does not redirect you to Google. An internet connection is needed to read a hosted policy; app features described as local continue to work offline.
The app’s current policy viewer opens its configured website in a browser window. This website does not provide race storage or account synchronization.
Contacting support
If you choose to email drogebot@gmail.com, DrogeBot receives your email address and whatever information or attachments you send. Email is handled by your chosen mail service and the recipient's mail provider. Include only information needed for support. Do not send sensitive information or race backups unless you want support to receive them. Support correspondence is used to respond to and resolve your request; contact the support address to ask about deletion of correspondence you have sent.
Retention and deletion
Local race data and preferences stay on your device until you replace or clear them. Use your device's app-storage controls to clear all local app data. Uninstalling normally removes app-local data, but exported files and platform backups can remain separately. Delete exported files through your storage provider and manage platform backups in your device or account settings. There is no app account to delete.
Children
Race Control is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not create user profiles or automatically transmit race information to DrogeBot. Avoid entering unnecessary personal information about any racer, and take care when exporting or distributing race files.
Policy changes
This policy describes the current app. If its data practices change, the policy and relevant store disclosures will be updated. The date above identifies this version.
